We'll use what we learn during this conversation to inform your Organizational Diagnostic Report, 90-Day Growth Plan, and Strategic Recommendations Roadmap.

What to Expect During Your Organizational Interview:

We’ll use this 60-minute conversation to go deeper than your intake questionnaire and better understand your organization as a whole.

Together, we’ll explore your current goals, challenges, opportunities, systems, and priorities, while asking follow-up questions that help us identify what may be supporting or limiting your growth.

After your interview:
We’ll use what we learn to complete your Strategic Growth Assessment and develop your customized Strategic Growth Plan.

Before we meet:
Please complete your intake questionnaire so we can review your responses in advance and make the most of our time together.
