The 3-month package is ideal for leaders looking for focused support around current priorities, decisions, or challenges. The 6-month package provides more time to implement, evaluate progress, adjust strategy, and work through longer-term leadership and organizational goals.

You'll have two 60-minute coaching sessions each month for the duration of your engagement: six sessions with the 3-month package or twelve sessions with the 6-month package.

Executive Coaching is focused on helping you lead, decide, prioritize, and take action. We'll provide strategic guidance, resources, recommendations, and accountability, but project implementation is not included.
If you need Biz Hero to help execute the work, we can discuss a separate Consulting engagement. All Consulting engagements begin with a Discovery Call, or Strategic Growth Assessment first.
